Spacious unfurnished room in a big windows and a large double door closet available for rent in Prospect Heights. I work in beer sales based at home, and live here with my very sweet 9 year old dog. I like to maintain a clean apartment with lots of respect to the roommates space. Kitchen is fully loaded as I have a culinary background, and like to cook a lot. Looking for a roommate with similar expectations, that likes to contribute to a mutually pleasant place to live. I'm okay with one more dog, as long I have 0% to worry about with mine and people. I have some cosmetic upgrades in mind so ask me about that. Only variable cost that you'll be responsible for is half of the electric and half the cost of paper goods which I will keep stocked at all times. Cannabis friendly, no cigarettes.
