Hello,

+ gentleman professional starting new role with AV company in LA and need to move to LA in January. Job has me working 3PM onward into early AM next day.

Have lived in San Francisco, Long Beach, multiple Southern States and Thailand over my career life. Well rounded conversationalist when I'm around. While I love to cook, expect to mainly have fresh prepared heat & eat meals in fridge to save time as I work on jump starting e-commerce side business.

MUST have place to store & secure e-bike. Open to keeping in room if okay with that and no place to secure since it needs to be charged daily.

Minimalist lifestyle, and pretty busy. Work weekends so mainly around the place weekdays.
