Master Bedroom with Private Bathroom in Shared Apartment

Seeking a roommate or a couple to take over the lease with on a 2 br apartment at Monterey Lakes apartments by the end of November.
Rent would be $ for an individual or $ for a couple, not including utilities. The room is a master with a private bathroom and a washer and dryer. A couple is preferable.

I have a cat so animals would be allowed depending on if our animals could cohabitate. I am a relatively busy, free-spirited year old female who works in film so often you would have the apartment to yourself. The current photos are messy but it will be empty for the new tenant.
