Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at The Leonard — it’s available right now for move-in. I recently accepted a job opportunity out of town, so I won’t be staying.

You’d be sharing a unit with two awesome roommates — both guys, super chill, respectful, and clean. Rent is only $/month, which is h of the best deals you’ll find for student living in the area.

The apartment has great amenities and easy access to UNT and NCTC, making it perfect for students.
