Looking for a studio to sublet

Hi there,

I'm looking for a studio flat to sublet on a long-term basis ( years or more), starting from November th.

A friend of mine will be staying in the flat for the first 3 months, after which I plan to use it for short-term rental.

Ideally, I'm looking for something not in District , and not on the ground or basement floor.
