I am looking for a roommate with no pets.
Rooms are available immediately.

There are total 4 rooms, policy is 1 room per person. I currently have Master bedroom available or a bedroom with a shared bathroom.

All rooms are furnished, with TV, Queen Size Bed(Master has a king bed with attached bath), side table, lamp. If you want anything additional like dresser, mirror I can provide that too upon request. All bedroom prices are including utilities

Master bedroom down with bathroom attached is $. Master bedroom also includes a sofa.

Upstairs I have 1 other bedroom with a shared bathroom for $

There is a dining room. There is a living room downstairs that is furnished with tv. Every room will have tv to cause less noise in the common areas. Upstairs common room are a game room. Big backyard. Front patio with chairs to enjoy nice weather.

In-house laundry facilities with a dryer and washer add convenience to your stay. Iron stand and iron is also provided as a common amenity. In the kitchen an air fryer is also provided

The first month's rent will be collected plus a half or full month's refundable deposit.

An application needs to be completed and a background check will be done before moving in.

The House is located in Morton creek ranch on Morton and . Very close to i. You are on a major freeway in less than 5 mins.
Lots of businesses and big grocery shopping around including Kroger, Walmart and H-E-B all in about 1 mile proximity providing easy access to shopping centers. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and ideal for relaxing.

Our home is clean and very peaceful.
No smoking, drinking, or overnight guests are not permitted, to maintain the peaceful and private ambiance of the home.

Garage parking space is available for additional rent.
