Hi, my name is Rebecca. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in North Druid Hills and is available ASAP.

I live in a modern apartment where you will have a private room and bathroom. The living room, dining room and kitchen will be shared with myself and my 3 year old daughter. I work from home.

About the Room:
-Queen size bed
-1 nightstand
-6 drawer dresser
-Walk in closet
-Small Desk/Chair
-Full length mirror

About the Apartment:
-Washer and Dryer in unit
-Play Room (if you have a kiddo)
-Balcony (I never sit outside so could be a personal space for yourself)
-Own gate code into community
-Keyless entry into apartment
-Fast WiFi and electric included

Location:
Close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores,
etc.

- ten min to Midtown/Downtown
- ten min to Buckhead

About Me:
Black American. I work in FinTech as an Customer Success Manager. an extrovert. For fun I like traveling, musuems/zoos, binge watching a tv show, pool, movies, pool hall, concerts/festivals, grabbing drinks with friends.

I cook dinner days a week and if you are willing to contribute to groceries I am happy to cook for you. Ima southern cooker but I don’t eat/cook seafood. Though I have a toddler I make sure to tidy the apt at the end of most days. I’m a night owl I typically go to sleep in btwn twelve am and two am



About my daughter:
She is 3 and half years old. She is friendly, smart and loves to play and eat snacks. She is in daycare from pm, but most days doesnt come home until pm and is up until pm and sleeps through the night. She wakes up around 7 and she never really cries unless you tell her no to snacks lol.

Ideal Roommate:
My ideal roommate would be a female who is responsible, has a stable job and clean. A child is ok as well! I do not like messes and while you have your own space it is expected to keep your side of the home and ESPECIALLY the bathroom clean.
