Fully furnished 1 BR/Den/Bath for rent in our large Plantation lake home. The rooms are on the 2nd story and are all next to each other. The Den can be used as your living room and has a kitchenette. Access to the common areas of the home is included. Common areas include laundry, back patio, swimming pool, game room w/pool table & air hockey.
All utilities, including WiFi are included. The rental is intended for 1 person, but would consider 2 for additional $ per month. Would also consider short term rental at $ per week.
I have a small dog and a cat, non-smoker. Someone who maintains similar hours is preferred (M-F work/school). A background check will be needed as well as references from prior leases.
