Hi everyone! My name is Jane, I'm years old, and I'm looking for a roommate to takeover a bedroom in a my -bathroom apartment in Carmel Valley starting December th! I'm very clean, friendly, and would love to be friends in addition to roomies if the vibe is there :)

The details:
- Available December -month lease
- Location is in Carmel Valley, within walking distance of The Sky Deck/shopping plaza that has groceries, movie theater, restaurants, etc. Also very close to OnePaseo, and a minute drive from Del Mar beach.
- The room is the larger of the two bedrooms, with its own large (semi-walk in) closet and its own bathroom with a nice tub/shower
- Rent is $ for the master bedroom (with ensuite), I pay $ for the smaller room/detached hallway bathroom
- Amenities include: in-unit washer/dryer and a reserved parking spot (which you can use, as I park in the ample parking in the lot). The complex has a pool, hot tub and a gym.
- Apartment is already furnished with a couch and a dining room table set, so I'll you'd need is your bed!


About me:
- I'm a -year-old female, and I moved to SD from NYC last winter. I visit my family in New York and Ireland a couple of times a year, so you'd have the place to yourself then!
- I work at USD, I have a hybrid schedule where I work from home 2x a week
- For fun, I love to go thrifting, crafting, surfing, and I've been getting back into some dance and gymnastics classes :)


Preferred:
- Clean, non-smoking and respectful-- totally cool if you like to go out, but doesn't bring the party home
- Late 's to late 's
