Hello! Looking for someone (female only!) to takeover over my lease at the Hub on 3rd Ave. It’s a private bedroom and bathroom (with a walk-in closet) with one other roommate, and the lease contract would be from May to July (I can start the lease date as early as mid-December if needed!)

Rent is $ (not including utilities), and the room is located on a VIP access floor. The apartment has a rooftop pool, study rooms, a gym, and you’re right next to campus.
