🏡 Looking for a Room in Santa Barbara or Goleta – Under $ 🏡

Hey everyone! I’m Jocelyn and I’m looking for a room to rent in the Santa Barbara or Goleta area for under $/month. Hoping to move in around Dec.1st, but I’m flexible if it’s a good fit!

A little about me:
I’m going back to school in the spring and work part time.
I’m easygoing, clean, and respectful of shared spaces.
Not a big partier, but I love hanging out, cooking, hiking, beach days, and just enjoying life by the coast.
No pets, but fine with roommates who do have any.
I’m ideally looking for:
A private room in a friendly house or apartment
Roommates who are kind, tidy, and considerate.
