Hi l'm Laur. year old professional. Very clean, organized, laid back, easy going, friendly :) Like to keep it low key during the week aka no guests or late hours. Weekends I am usually gone aka not home n out doing things...w friends & family, shopping, the beach, at the gym, etc. Ideally looking for an unfurnished room to rent as I have my own bedroom furniture!
