Searching for room

Hello, I am searching for a room in the santa ana/Costa Mesa area. I do attend school at SAC and will be working on harbor blvd. I would prefer to be close to both locations since my only reliable transportation is by foot and public transportation. I am a quiet and respectful person who is mainly focused on my own growth. I respect others who I share a spot with. Non-smoker, Non-drinker. I am not a party person either and I don’t bring guests over. If I happen to have plans, I will communicate if needed with the homeowner. :
