Looking for roommate,I have a unfurnished bedroom for rent.  $ per month including reasonable utility use.  Prorated Rent due upon move in if not the first of the month.  Rent due the first of each month. Shared living areas including bathroom and kitchen.  Washer and dryer included.  Must be respectful and clean up after yourself.  Help with lawn care would be appreciated. leased through July
