We are two quiet, clean, professional single males seeking a third male roommate for our -bath apartment in Hoboken, NJ. This is a calm, adult home—not a party or post-college apartment. Our household values peace, cleanliness, and responsibility. Occasional drinking is fine, but regular partying, heavy drinking, or disruptive behavior is not compatible.

The apartment offers a large private backyard, a spacious living room, and a comfortable dining area. The bedroom is partially furnished and includes a walk-in closet. It can accommodate a queen bed, desk, dresser, and bookshelf. Optional furniture such as a twin bed, desk, or AC unit are available if desired. Heat and hot water included in the rent, and electricity and internet are shared among roommates. We also share minor household incidentals, including cleaning supplies, paper products, and gas for the grill.

The apartment is conveniently located just two blocks from the light rail and a -minute walk to the PATH, with a rush-hour bus nearby on Willow Avenue and ferry access to Manhattan. Hoboken offers grocery stores, cafes, gyms, restaurants, and a safe, quiet neighborhood with easy access to both daily necessities and recreational options.

We maintain a quiet, clean, and respectful home. Smoking, vaping, and drugs are strictly prohibited. We are seeking a responsible male roommate who appreciates a calm and structured environment, contributes to keeping shared spaces tidy, and respects others’ routines. This apartment is ideal for a professional or PhD student who needs a peaceful space to work, study, or simply relax after a busy day.
