Hi, my name is Angie. I am a -year old professional. I have a studio space on the side of my house with private entry, water electrical and wifi included. We also have laundry available on a shared space in a common area next door to the studio. We are a family of 4 who keep to ourselves. We would prefer a single tenant, but will allow maximum two as the space is small enough for that ( square feet). There is a full size refrigerator, counter stovetop and full size sink, and private bathroom.
