I am a full time professional, 2 days working from home and 3 days working on . My roommate will be a respectful and considerate professional, gone and busy working, student or both.
I want to keep our living environment clean from smoking, vaping, drugs, and pets. We can have a small party giving advance notice to each other, but no overnight guests.

About the condo:

- Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants
- Easy access to Highway . Bus stop is cross the road
- minutes’ drive to Concord Bart and Pleasant Hill Bart

About you:
- One occupant only (no couples)
- No smoking, vaping or drugs
- Pay rent on time
- Good credit score
- Good rental history
- Proof of income
- No pets/animals are allowed
- Must obtain renter's insurance.

This is a -month lease and month-to-month after that.
