Location: Carrollwood (off Ehrlich Rd & Summerwind Dr), quiet cul-de-sac with low traffic and a private backyard.
The House: respectful, safe, clean, and friendly. I’m a big Lightning and Bucs fan, and love Euchre (like Spades)—bonus if you do too!
This fully furnished bedroom has a Full size memory foam bed + full bedding, 2 tall dressers, desk, office chair, TV, microwave, fridge/freezer, std size closet.
Included: All utilities + 2GB Frontier wireless Wi-Fi & Hulu, Disney for TV viewing
Access to laundry, kitchen, and beautiful tropical back yard with koi pond.
Terms: 2-month minimum stay,
$ four hundred dollar deposit (refundable w/2 month stay and a thirty-day notice),
$ hundred dollar rent plus deposit to move-in.
I rent 3 bedrooms with a shared bath in the back wing. My master is in the opposite wing, separated by common areas.
Current Roommates: Two straight, easygoing guys .
💼 Ideal Roommate:
Full-time or part time work outside the house with limited work from home.
One person per room.
Seeking a clean, organized person. Roommates take turns in keeping shared bathroom clean.
Limits on guests/overnight stays.
Not a Fit If you're a smoker, use drugs, or drink heavily.
No other pets as I already have two friendly cats 🐱🐱
