I have private furnished bedroom with shared bathroom, additional storage available. I’m looking for a roommate who has a steady job, responsible, clean, and respectful

house is located in a safe quiet neighborhood in southeast Denver, thirty minutes from Downtown, and twenty minutes from the Airport. There is a Central AC/ Heater, Central vacuum, Washer and dryer, alarm system with security cameras, and Easy street parking.

You will have access to use:

* full bathroom with two vanities and a bathtub will be shared with one other roommate.
* a Spacious living room, the kitchen is fully equipped with gadgets and appliances, and a dedicated fridge is shared with the roommate only.
* large backyard with a covered patio
* A movie theater in the basement, you are welcome to join us for movie nights 😊
* we have access to a pool in our community, you are welcome to use.

House rules:
No crazy party, but having a friend over from time to time it’s normal.
No smoking of any type, no drugs, Drinking occasionally is ok. Being social as we are living under the same roof but also having alone time is essential as well.
Help each other in cleaning the shared areas.

Pets:
I have friendly Labrador. no other pets allowed.

We are 3 people in the house, my husband and I and our roommate


The rent will include all utilities (water, Trash, Gas, electricity, and internet), and there is a refundable security deposit ( half month rent)
