Room for Rent Steel Creek Townhouse

Looking for a clean, respectful roommate to share my townhouse in the Steel Creek area of Charlotte. The available room is large with a vaulted ceiling, private bathroom, ample closet space, and optional furnishings (bed and TV cabinet – I can remove them if not needed). You'll also have access to the neighborhood pool

laid-back and have a friendly dog, so animal lovers are welcome. I've lived with both male and female roommates and just ask for someone who values cleanliness and mutual respect. The space is best suited for one person. I also have reference of past roommate that you may contact if you would like. She is from Ukraine and stayed with me for a little over a year and now is moving out to buy her own place.

Rent is $/month. I'm ideally looking for someone to stay around 6 months or more, but I'm open to short-term arrangements. Lease is month-to-month with a -day notice required.
