I'm helping the owner rent out the 3rd room in his home. It’s a co-ed household with a laid-back, respectful vibe. The room can come furnished or unfurnished, and you’ll have access to shared spaces like the kitchen, living room, and bathroom.
We are looking for a clean, responsible adult who’s easygoing, pays rent on time, and is comfortable with a mixed gender living space. No drama, no heavy partying just a chill, respectful environment where everyone minds their space.
Rent is a 3rd of utilities. Move-in available immediately.
