Available Now- this house is furnished, bedroom is open for your personal belongings. Seeking one roommate for a large four-bedroom home in a quiet West Haven neighborhood. After you join there would be a total of three individuals living here. We are looking for a mature, quiet, responsible, clean, and professional person. We would prefer just one person. Also an office space open with light on the top floor you can use for storage or office space. You will have your own bathroom. There is also a backyard that we all maintain together. The main level is open concept containing the kitchen, dining and main living area, and large windows that bring plenty of natural lighting. Currently, there are no pets in the house - there is an additional pet fee charge on your rent through the property management company. As roommates, we mostly keep to ourselves and enjoy our alone time. We will occasionally have group meals together, but it is not an expectation for anyone to join. (Before work and after work we do share stories about how good/bad our days were and banter about other things as well. So you may hear us chatting and laughing. nonsmokers, and do not host parties. We are going on our 7 year being here and do not plan on leaving anytime soon! We split utilities evenly, each a third. A background check in required
