Looking for a roommate!

Looking for a roommate to rent out a room on the 2nd Floor house near Bell Blvd, it also comes with a separate small office in the living room. Close Access to Long Island Rail Road, Fire Station, th NYPD Precinct.

The price may seem a bit high but utilites and Fios wi-fi are included as well, though, if you decide to crypto mine then we will have to discuss that in person. Also, no pets. The room and office will be ALMOST fully furnished, you may have to acquire certain items on your own.

Hopefully looking for someone within similar age range as me, preferrably same gender as well, just for compatibility sake, but I'm certainly open for other options! We definitely do not have to be friends but just don't be an asshole or a freak and we should be good haha. (M)

There's generally no strict house rules, just treat it like how you would any home. With respect and make sure to clean up after yourself! I'm fairly open with guests but we unfortunately cannot have any late night parties.

The photos look a little messy but that's mainly because I'm helping my sister get packed and ready to move out!
