The room is a part of a bedroom and 3 full bathroom unit that has two guys renting the other rooms (Mid-to-late 's). The room for rent is on the 2nd floor with a non-connected bathroom. The house has a balcony, laundry room, outdoor area and two living areas.

There is a third floor apartment rented separately, with that tenant having no access to the first two floors.
