I am a healthy Senior Male looking for a room to rent in the Summerlin area. I am very quiet, non-political, and easy to get along with.
I would prefer a ground floor room with a private bath, and garage parking/storage.
I have a current Credit Score of , and I always pay my bills on time. I am an active Real Estate Agent, and often work out of my bedroom/office.
