Hi, I am looking for a roommate to rent an unfurnished master bedroom with private bathroom in a BRAND NEW 3-story townhouse in Southwest Las Vegas, adjacent to The Cliffs in Summerlin.

This is a gated community. Prime location. Just minutes from Las Vegas Airport, just minutes from Red Rock Canyon & Red Rock Casino and a mile from the new Durango Resort.

This square-foot house-share has 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. You would be renting the master bedroom which has a private bedroom and walk-in closet. Only 1 other tenant (me) would be residing in this house-share. I travel a lot in my professional career.

The house features a 2nd floor balcony, 2-car garage, fully furnished kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, dish washer, smart range and microwave), ceiling fans, washer/dryer in house, COX gigablast (Cox's fastest!) wifi.

Community Pool and park, adjacent to Clark County Schools, neighboring restaurants and easy access to walking trails.

Rent is $/per month. Utilities not included (water, electricity, A/C, heat, gigablast wifi, trash); would be split in half.

I am a hardworking professional. I travel a lot in my career.

The ideal tenant is a single, responsible & respectful person (health/fitness conscious is a plus); preferrably female, professional, military, traveling nurses or college/grad students are preferred, but open to all. Please tell me about yourself (i. e. employment industry, hobbies, interests, daily schedule, etc).

Absolutely no smoking in the house. No pets. Privacy, cleanliness and respect are imperative and I'm looking for the same priorities in a tenant.

First month's dues + deposit due at time of signing.
