Smaller Bedroom in a bath apartment, Furniture shown for scale (will be removed before move in).
I do have cats, but i keep a very clean house and deep clean once a week. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cabinet space for your food, and space in the fridge. There is also a furnished balcony (you can smoke there).
The second bathroom is across from the bedroom in the hallway, contains laundry machines.
Community Amenities: Pool, Gym, Dog Park, Clubhouse, Doorstep trash pick-up (follows a schedule), Recycling, 2 miles to City Dock.
No deposit, but must be accepted as is. Only (cosmetic) issue is the blinds.
