The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as all the necessary cookware, dishes, and utensils. Separate laundry room with a new, large-capacity washer and dryer. One newly updated bathroom to be shared between two roommates.
Security: Newly installed outside only security cameras, Ring doorbell with camera, and keyless entry to ensure safety and comfort.
Outdoor Space: The outdoor patio, complete with a table, chairs, recliners, and a mounted TV, offers a great spot to unwind and relax.
Parking: Large driveway for all roommates to have their own parking spot
The Financials:
