Seeking a responsible and respectful roommate for my -bath home in Fate's Williamsburg neighborhood. You'll get your own private bedroom and access to a full bathroom conveniently located in the hall next to the bedroom.

You'll also have your own spot in the 2-car garage, access to the private backyard pool, and can make use of the attic storage. I also have a cardio room and a small garage gym. HOA amenities (public pool and gym) may also be available pending HOA approval.

I'm a -year-old single female with a cat. I work full-time during the weekdays, with a hybrid schedule that includes working from home usually on Tuesdays and Fridays.
