✔️ New building with excellent natural light — very comfortable to live in
✔️ Full amenities: gym, laundry room, pet grooming station, rooftop BBQ area
✔️ Convenient location: close to supermarkets, delis, and plenty of stylish cafes within walking distance
✔️ Shared areas include kitchen, living room, and bathroom; existing furniture available for use, and bedroom furniture can be taken over from the current roommate if needed
✔️ I currently live here — the building has quiet, respectful tenants and is very clean
✔️ Since we’ll be sharing the bathroom, I hope you’re also someone who values cleanliness (I’m very tidy 🙈)
