Your responsible for your own food. Home is in Petersburg VA near bus line, walking distance to Family Dollar. Ten mins away from Colonial heights and Virginia state university. No extra deposits like security, second or last! No min credit score. (Cant owe back rent to previous landlord) as we wanna make your move in easy as possible! $ NON refundable application fee, 3 references, proof of income (make at least $/mo or more or make 2x times amount in rent. first months rent due PRIOR to move in. We accept ssi/ssdi and private pay and Veterans. Must hold a job for 3 month or longer. If retired, I need months of proof. Visitors allowed with a hour notice to me and house mates.
