Hi, I’m Penny — the friendly pup who lives in this beautiful standalone home in Mid City, right in the heart of LA! 🐾
My human and I are looking for a roommate to join our cozy space. The room is available starting June , and rent is $/month, plus shared utilities.

✨ About the House
We live in a bright, fully equipped house with everything you need for comfort and easy living. It’s a standalone unit with a private patio, grill, and plenty of space to relax or entertain. The home has lots of natural light, thanks to several skylights, and a big shared living room that opens into a fully stocked kitchen — complete with a dishwasher, fridge with ice maker, and long granite counters for cooking.

Garage fits 2 cars, arranged front-to-back (we'll coordinate schedules)

Our private yard is lined with tall bamboo for privacy and has a charcoal grill, cozy for hangouts, and fruit trees (lemons all year, passionfruit twice a year! and avocados too).

👋 About You
We’re looking for an easygoing but tidy roommate who’s cool with dogs (I promise she’ll stay out of your room, doesn't bark and stays put in my room. But she’ll greet you every time you come home!).
