I’m the homeowner, looking to split the bills down the middle. With utilities all included it’s normally each. You can pick what room you’d like, I have 2 rooms available. I would be living in the home. Dog is ok, 1 kid is ok, smoking is ok just do it outside. There’s a hot tub, big patio, large kitchen,laundry room, thanks for looking.
