Busy Mama and Genius

Hi!

I work at home M-W and so does my son. (9th grade). We work out of the home Thurs-Sun. Sometimes we have a day off and that would be either at home or out. We wake at 7 and sleep at 9. But, we are Always together. I cook and share. I'm extremely clean. We are quiet and considerate. We have guests. No smoking, No drinking, etc. No pets. We need Internet and parking. Looking for a place from April until December. Thank you!
