Beautiful two-story house in old settlers Park. I bought to be around the corner from my children . Been here 9 years now they are grown and I love the neighborhood so much. I do not want to move. So I basically have most of the whole upstairs living area for rent, which would include your own room, living room and bathroom or if you want instead of the living room another bedroom.
