Seeking Clean Female Roomate

Just moved here and looking to make new friends. I prefer a female roommate because in the past I have had poor experience male roommates. I have 4 cats that are very quiet. I purchased a home and I have extra space and figured I could help someone with their living situation and they can help me find things to do in a new city.

I have a spare bedroom that is furnished as well as a finished attic bedroom and a finished room in the basement which are used as tv/living areas currently. So if you want to bring your own things I have plenty of room for you to set up in an area you prefer. I like dogs and my cats lived peacfully with my dog untill she passed. Other cats would be stressfull because I already have 4 and they have established a hierarchy lol. I'm willing to work with you on rent if you are in a situation where you are trying to get back on your feet. Help around the house can offset rent as well if that is something that appeals to you. Not particular on age, doesn't matter to me.
