House Share w/1 person

I am a -yr old professional looking for a working professional to share my house. The house is bath, full unfinished basement w/washer & dryer, Fenced in back yard, & a Large 2-car garage to share.The house is located next to a park w/walking path and it is across the street from Northglenn Rec Center, discounted for resident usage. Next to the park is a new Hospital w/ER & urgent care and is walkable from the house. There is a shopping center directly behind the neighborhood w/Safeway that you can walk to. The access to I- is less than 1 mile from the house, min to downtown Denver, Toll HW E- access is 5miles north & only min to DIA and min to Boulder, CO. The Orchard Outlets/Costco/Top Golf are located a couple miles North of the house. The restaurants and shopping options etc are limitless, very convenient to this location. Also, I take pride in keeping the house clean & highly maintained and ensuring a comfortable and safe living environment. If you have a pet, A small/medium size dog who can get along with other small dogs would be ok as I have a couple small Yorkies who are old and very friendly. I consider myself to be very private, clean, reasonably quiet, I don’t expect anyone to tip toe around, just basic general noise level respect. I rarely have guests, as my home is my sanctuary so I do not typically host parties or anything more than a few people and prefer to maintain that understanding unless we together decide to put something together. Disclaimer: Something I wish I didn’t have do: however, with the current climate of politics in this country I feel it is necessary for both myself and my future roommate to make an informed decision regarding who will be living with, sharing a “safe” space with etc. I am firm in my choice to limit what type of person I am looking for when it comes to politics. To save everyone time, energy and safety, I do not align with the current government administration. Anything I left out we can discuss.
