1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom available for rent. You can choose the master bedroom with its own bathroom and access to the backyard for $ or the smaller room with the hallway bathroom for $. I'll the room that you don't want. Utilities are split and come out between $ a month. Deposit will be $ and due with 1st months' rent. Rent is due to me as I pay the full amount of $ to the owner.
The address to the location is Brunswick Drive Santa Maria, CA and it's in a gated community. Ideally looking for one occupant. Pets are NOT allowed by the landlord.
You will have access to :

- 1 Car spot in the driveway
- Lots of street parking
- Garage Remote + Gate Remote
- Full access to all communal spaces (Backyard, Kitchen, and Living room)
- Washer / Dryer
I am not the homeowner but currently on the 1 year lease that ends Oct at which point rent is month to month. If you show interest and we decide to move forward, you will have to submit an application. Background/Credit check may be optional.
