I have a room available in Rancho Cordova. The home is located in a neighborhood with an attached shopping center and lots of parks and walking trails. It’s close to highway -minute drive to the light rail station, Target, Safeway, and other stores.

Room with shared bath, full size bed and dresser if needed available mid March.

Included in rent: Rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. Professional cleaners clean common areas every 3 weeks. All cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, toilet paper, etc, provided! Utilities ($/month). Wifi and pest control. Coded lock on bedroom door and blackout curtains on all bedroom windows. The house has been recently painted and updated. Overnight guests are welcome (restrictions apply). Plenty of street parking. Lots of storage. Laundry on . refrigerator in house and in garage.

Would prefer at least month lease.
