I am renting a fully furnished queen size bedroom with walk-in closet, plenty of storage and a large bathroom. It includes linens and towels. Kitchen privileges. All utilities are included along with cable, internet, wifi and some streaming services. It also includes an assigned parking space in a secured garage. This is a security building with a center courtyard complete with tables and chairs and is accessible to all tenants. I have a small dog and a cat. This is a prime neighborhood and the building is located across the street from the golf course. There are bus lines within a block or two. It is in walking distance to restaurants, shopping and markets. No remote workers. No smoking. No drinking. No partying or overnight guests.
