Hello! I am looking for a young female professional or a student to sublet/transfer my lease for april/may to august, with the option of a yearly lease in september🙂

It is a beautifully renovated fully furnished condo unit on the 9th floor of a new building with an incredible balcony view of sandy hill/downtown area. minute walk from UOttawa and the nearby grocery store, and 5min from Strathcona park !

The unit is shared with one other person who is not there very often.

Rent is $/month, utilities included (except wifi).

* Private room ( ft) with large built-in closet and is furnished (dresser, bed).
* Your own bathroom, but the shower will be shared.
* Fully furnished kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathroom.
