Looking for a room for rent in or near the Winter Park area. Preferably a large unfurnished room with a private bathroom. I have my own vehicle and also work remotely. So my room acts as an office as well. I am very clean and I am happy to split groceries and cooking or even just do my own shopping and cooking depending on preference. I have no pets and all of my own furnishings. I have been a live in caregiver for years and just recently lost my friend/patient. I have until May st to move.
