Main floor available for rent

Available May 1st! I’m a professional female looking for ideally one female roommate to rent the entire main floor of my townhome, which is two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The renter will live on the main floor (ranch style) while I live downstairs (downstairs has its own living room, bedroom, full bathroom, walk out entrance). The space will be unfurnished (option to leave the current living room couch and dining room table if the new renter prefers), has updated bathrooms, custom closets, newly painted kitchen cabinets, pristine hardwood floors. Second bedroom could be used as an office, craft or art studio, meditation space, or workout space. Common space is the kitchen/laundry on the main floor, and attached garage.

I’m a fairly quiet, somewhat introverted mental health professional with a sweet old dog you can have as much or as little interaction with as you like! (He has an autoimmune disease, so I’m unable to allow dogs or cats. Caged pets are negotiable.) I like going for walks in the open space two blocks away, hanging out with friends and family, and sometimes doing outdoorsy stuff. I work from home two days a week, and my overall work schedule is typically late morning-mid evening. I’m fairly quiet, rarely have people over and am not much of a drinker. Hoping to find the same! No smoking indoors. I’m liberally minded and don’t need to talk about politics but would prefer to live with someone who shares a similar mindset.

Hoping to find a roommate who’s looking for a large living space, wants to be close to both Denver and Boulder, doesn’t want to worry about splitting utilities, all with the convenience and quiet of neighborhood living as opposed to apartment complexes. One month’s security deposit required, as well as a background and reference check. Open to 6 or twelve month lease.
