Professional Male seeks a roommate for an April 1st move-in. Private, unfurnished room with a large window that offers excellent light, a large closet, and solid flooring (no carpet anywhere in the apartment). Large shared jack and jill bathroom.

Washer & Dryer in the apartment. Must be ok with cats. There's an adult, female cat in the home. She is super friendly but does not like other pets. so, unfortunately, no other pets are allowed. Near public transportation, grocery stores, and so much more. Starbucks is a few lights down.

$ for parking space (if you want it, but not required)
$ application fee (non-refundable)
Will run a background check, but good credit is not a requirement. Must have steady employment. Prefer a male, but will consider a female (can have 1 small child).
