Description

Comfortable bath apartment on the third floor of a multifamily house in a quiet neighborhood. Has a full bath, a kitchen, pantry, living room, dining room, and a detached two car garage (optional, but additional $). I’ve furnished everything but the spare bedroom. Water is paid for, but we would split the cost of other utilities (heating oil, electricity, wifi, etc). Has laundry hookups. I bought a tiny apartment size washer and dryer that are good for a few days of laundry but there is a laundromat at the end of the street too. Move in fee is half of security deposit
