Room for Rent in Downtown Santa Barbara – Available Late Feb- Early March

I’m looking for some bedroom in a -bath apartment. Available starting late Feb- early March.

***Note: I’m only looking for one person to fill the room.

About the Apartment:
• Located in downtown Santa Barbara, directly across from Kids World, with easy access to shops and State Street.
• Rent: $/month (due on the 1st of each month). First month’s rent + $ security deposit required for move-in.
• Utilities: Gas, electricity, and internet/cable (approximately $/person).
• The room is unfurnished (photos show the room with furniture). The rest of the apartment is furnished.
• Features: In-unit washer/dryer, some storage space, shared off-street parking space, ample street parking, front porch, back patio, gas stove, gas heating, and a bright, spacious kitchen.
• The bedroom has good natural light and a full closet. The bathroom is small but has a tub and extra storage.

A Little About Me:
I’m a female in my s, working for the county with some occasional remote work. I’m looking for a quiet, respectful, and clean roommate. I’m tidy, quiet, and appreciate open communication. No pets are in the apartment. In my downtime, I enjoy staying active, wine tasting, game nights, and Netflix.
