Lease takeover till August

Hi!! I am looking to move out of presidential point at the end of this month and I am looking for someone to take over the lease.
This includes one parking spot in a covered garage. Laundry is available in unit.
Pets are welcome for an additional fee.
The complex includes a gym, an outdoor patio with grills, a lounge and even a library.
The management is incredibly attentive and host multiple events. I absolutely loved living here.
This lease runs until August and you have the option to renew.
