I am Teresa renting out a room for a 2 bedroom condo that’s currently occupied by a year old working professional. Seeking one responsible, tidy person to share a + sq. ft luxury multi-floor condo in the modern, building of Lehigh Riverport in Bethlehem's south side.

I am renting out the LOWER floor of this condo.
Each floor has its own bedroom with plenty of closet space, full bathroom, living room and its own door entrance. The common areas include a large open kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. This unit has cathedral ceilings, laundry space with full washer and dryer, and a beautiful middle loft area. Condo has hardwood floors downstairs, and carpeting upstairs. The building includes secured inside parking, secured entrances, courtyard and an onsite Steel Fitness.

Location is central to everything. Walk to Lehigh University, Arts Quest and Steel Stacks, countless shops and restaurants in S. Bethlehem, or bike and hike along the Lehigh River. Close to St. Luke's Hospital, Sands Casino, Steel Stacks, and Rt .

The condo is available for rent for $ per month. The rent covers the parking space.

Utilities, internet, cable are split with downstairs renter.

And an online background check/application fee of $ (paid to online service) is required for serious candidates.

First month's rent plus an $ security deposit are required at signing of lease.

There is a second floor renter. He is a friendly, clean, quiet, year old who works full time but may have different shifts times, so sleep hours may not be consistent.

Looking to rent the second floor to someone who is not too noisy, clean, responsible, gets along well in a roommate situation, and won't cause neighbors to complain. No smoking, no drugs.
