My brother and I recently inherited our late mother's house and need some tenants. We currently have one renter occupying a room, but it's a -square-foot .5-bathroom home, so there's plenty of independent space. Amenities and benefits include private pool and patio access, ample yard space for gardening, and close distance to local metros like Fort Worth, Dallas, and Arlington, as well as the DFW International Airport, which is about a -minute drive. The backyard also features a clear view of nature along the Greenbelt trail, which runs about miles and is within a two-minute walk from the house.

The home is fully furnished, with the exception of two out of the three vacant bedrooms, which can be supplied with a tenant's furniture if they so please. It was also recently renovated in February with all-new kitchen appliances and hardware, reconstructed open spaces, natural light sources, and an overall updated aesthetic internally. A two-car garage, driveway, and street parking are available.

Utilities, electricity, and internet are not included in the base rent of $/mo. Acceptable lease terms are months, not a month-by-month basis. We're aiming for about three tenants total, so there will be sharing of common areas, but everyone will have their personal bedrooms. Pets are allowed, with the exception of large dogs.
