Room for one person ONLY in a hard working family. Looking for somebody educated, polite, respectful who has a lot of common sense ( it looks like it’s hard to find those day !). Private bathroom, WiFi, cold AC, parking. Access to kitchen and laundry ( hours restricted ). Preferred students, no mother or father with kids, NO PETS. ( we already have 2 cats and a dog !).ROOM AVAILABLE MIDDLE OF MAY
We are very picky in our choice of tenant because we are a FAMILY. No drugs, no alcool, no party people. We don’t have problems in life, we don’t want your problems …
